Wargaming has revealed that it will add even more Azur Lane crossover content to World of Warships. This will be the seventh time the company has added crossover content from the closely related game. It has regularly made crossovers almost every year, starting from 2018, with the preceding sixth wave having appeared in 2024.

The new Wave 7 will add the following shipgirls as commanders, whom players can assign to any playable ship:

1. KMS Hindenburg
2. USS Kearsarge
3. RN Gorizia
4. KMS iral Graf Spee
5. KMS Scharnhorst

In addition, Wargaming will add new ships based on the Azur Lane versions of KMS Hindenburg, USS Kearsarge, and RN Gorizia—as well as KMS Bismarck, whose character had appeared earlier in Wave 4.

As a side note, Hindenburg and Kearsarge are getting double-imported back to World of Warships. Manjuu and Yongshi had previously created Azur Lane shipgirl versions of the original ships Wargaming created for World of Warships. The first character to be double-imported was HMS Neptune in Wave 2.

In the same press release, Wargaming also revealed the new Azur Lane content coming to the console and mobile releases of World of Warships: Legends. People who play the latter version will be able to get unique ships based on the Azur Lane versions of BB-45 USS Colorado, RN Zara, KMS Scharnhorst, and KMS iral Graf Spee.

The original World of Warships is available for PC. World of Warships: Legends is available separately on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, iOS, and Android.

Yostar has revealed a new Azur Lane crossover event that will feature To Love-Ru Darkness characters. The event will run from late November 2024 until early December 2024 in the mobile game.

This crossover event will feature a total of six characters. During the reveal stream, the host Mafia Kajita noticed an apparent lack of Mikan Yuki. Yostar's Dai Miwaki promised that if this crossover event goes well, the developers could consider re-running the event with additional characters, just like prior crossovers with titles like Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation.

Wargaming launched the sixth wave of crossover content from Azur Lane in World of Warships. It added five new ship liveries and Commander characters based on shipgirls from the former title.

The ships in question are CV-8 USS Hornet, HMS Queen Elizabeth, KMS Agir, IJN Fusou, and IJN Shimakaze. Hornet, Agir, and Shimakaze have new standalone ships based on the Azur Lane shipgirls. Meanwhile, Queen Elizabeth and Fusou's liveries appear instead as permanent camouflages for the original ships that have been available in World of Warships.

Wargaming has been adding Azur Lane characters ever since it first launched the collaboration in 2018. The crossover applies to both sides, as Manjuu and Yongshi also gradually added World of Warships' original ships as Priority and Decisive-rarity shipgirls.

The previous crossover waves had added the following shipgirls into World of Warships:

Azur Lane is not the only title Wargaming has collaborated with in World of Warships. The company has also added content from other franchises like Arpeggio of Blue Steel, Transformers, and Hololive.

The Event for the sixth wave of Azur Lane crossover content in World of Warships is available until June 12, 2024. While the online multiplayer naval battle game is available on multiple platforms, this content specifically appears in the original PC version.

A Senran Kagura crossover event will appear in Azur Lane. Yostar revealed full details about the crossover in a live stream on the game's Japanese YouTube channel. The event will launch after the update maintenance on November 23, 2023.

A total of seven Senran Kagura characters will appear in this crossover. Asuka, Ikaruga, Yumi, Homura, and Murasaki from the console games will make their appearances here. Marvelous and Yostar will complete the list with Fubuki and Yuyaki, who debuted in the series' mobile games.

Fans of Azur Lane's versions of two famed U.S. Navy warships can use a new line of gaming gear to show their devotion. Produced by Fumo Collection, the lineup consists of keyboards and PC desk accessories based on Azur Lane characters Baltimore and Bremerton. Pre-orders for the items opened on Fumo's online shop, which s international shipping.

The Azur Lane Baltimore and Bremerton Fumo Collection involves two illustrations of the characters. They were created by their respective character designers, Feng Ze and Katsudansou. The designs feature Baltimore and Bremerton dressed in casual wear while sitting at PCs. The characters' personalities are also contrasted in the desk setups they prefer. Baltimore's PC desk is compact and optimized for work and multitasking, while Bremerton has a dedicated gaming "battle station," complete with an ultra-wide curved monitor and second monitor to watch videos on.

The Fumo Collection Azur Lane Baltimore and Bremerton items themselves take the form of two customized tenkey-less (TKL) mechanical keyboards. Each is set up with customized colors based on the character. Baltimore's is black and blue with splashes of yellow and red, while Bremerton's is pink and cyan, with splashes of red. The boards include several custom keycaps decorated with art of the characters dressed in their most popular cosmetic skins: Baltimore's race queen outfit and Bremerton's tennis outfit. The keyboards are also backlit to match the color profiles of the characters, and customers can select their preferred Varmilo-brand key switches at checkout. Each keyboard costs 28,980 Yen (about $217 USD), and is expected to ship in June 2023.

Besides the keyboards, the Azure Lane Baltimore and Bremerton lines include large-format mouse mats for each of them. Acrylic standees and blankets round out the line. Finally, pre-order customers for the keyboards will also receive illustrations of both characters along with their purchases.

The 18th-century pirate frigate Royal Fortune will appear in Azur Lane. The mobile game's Japanese and English Twitter s introduced the new shipgirl, which will set up a new faction named Tempesta and add Sailing Frigate as a new ship type.

Commanders will be able to obtain Royal Fortune during the "Halloween Hijinks" event, which is slated to run around the 2022 Halloween season. This event will also add the World War II-era destroyer HMS Janus to the playable roster.

Despite having a similar name, there is no relation to the World War II-era F-class destroyer from the United Kingdom's Royal Navy, HMS Fortune. Royal Fortune was one of the most preferred ship names from Bartholomew Roberts, a famed Welsh pirate from the early 18th century. The final ship to receive the name Royal Fortune was a frigate originally named Onslow, which the pirate then outfitted with forty cannons. She was the flagship when Roberts fought his last battle at Cape Lopez in 1722.

While Azur Lane primarily features personifications of warships from World War II, the developers have occasionally added shipgirls from other periods. The cruiser Avrora and battleship Mikasa from the early 1900s Russo-Japanese War appeared within a year of the mobile game's launch in 2017. The Spring 2022 event "Rondo at Rainbow's End" added World War I-era ships from the German Empire.

Azur Lane will have a new crossover event featuring Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy. The teaser first appeared at the mobile game's Japanese 5th Anniversary live stream. The official Twitter for the English version also confirmed that this crossover will appear on the global server as well.

The development team has yet to provide further details on this crossover event other than a brief teaser image. The picture features a silhouette of Reisalin "Ryza" Stout, the protagonist of the console RPG title released for Japan in December 2020 and the rest of the world in January 2021. The team also noted that it is currently working to finalize content for the crossover.

Atelier Ryza 2 will be the second title from Koei Tecmo Games to appear in a crossover event for Azur Lane. The first honors went to Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation in late 2020. It added seven character riggings—Kasumi, Marie Rose, Honoka, Nyotengu, Misaki, Nagisa, and Monica—to the mobile game's roster. Azur Lane has also featured crossovers with titles outside of Koei Tecmo's franchises, such as Bandai Namco's The Idolmaster and Trigger's anime shows SSSS.Gridman and SSSS.Dynazenon.

The Azur Lane Japanese 5th Anniversary live stream revealed a new major event that will star the second Yamato-class battleship, IJN Musashi. It will run for three weeks from September 15 to October 5, 2022.

The event will add a total of five new shipgirls to the ever-growing roster of Azur Lane. All of them will belong to the Japan-inspired Sakura Empire.

The addition of Haguro will complete the four-ship roster of Myoko-class Heavy Cruisers. Myoko, Nachi, and Ashigara have appeared through previous events. The third Agano-class cruiser Yahagi and the nation's flagship Yamato are some of the remaining notable Japanese ships yet to appear in Azur Lane as of this writing.

Azur Lane's Japanese anniversary, which falls in September, has always come with a new event adding shipgirls from the Sakura Empire. The third anniversary in 2020 added Shinano as the game's first-ever constructible Ultra Rare shipgirl. The fourth anniversary in 2021 brought in Shimakaze, who previously starred in the console game Azur Lane: Crosswave.

The same stream also revealed that the Royal Navy's heavy cruiser HMS Shropshire and CL-52 USS Juneau will newly receive enhancing retrofits. The bi-monthly seasonal Cruise Missions will also receive an update in October 2022. All players will have an opportunity to unlock a META version of the destroyer HMS Hunter. Purchasing a Cruise will also let them obtain an exclusive skin for Pamiat' Merkuria.

Yostar revealed more new Azur Lane content at the English 4th Anniversary stream it held in August 2022. It announced a new event titled "Operation Convergence" that will add three shipgirls. One of the new characters ing the ever-growing Azur Lane roster will take inspiration from KMS Blücher, the second ship of the iral Hipper-class of heavy cruisers.

The inclusion of KMS Blücher will complete the iral Hipper-class roster in Azur Lane. Besides iral Hipper and Prinz Eugen, the game has also included the other two ships that were historically never completed as German cruisers. The fourth ship Seydlitz became the projected converted carrier named Weser. The final ship Lützow appeared as a Northern Parliament shipgirl named Tallinn, as inspired by her historical transfer to the Soviet Union.

The new event will also feature the debut of KMS Z16, based on the destroyer named after Friedrich Eckholdt. In history, the ship met her end at the Battle of the Barents Sea after her crew mistook the British cruiser, HMS Sheffield, for iral Hipper. A fictional battlecruiser named KMS Brünhilde will complete the event's roster.

"Operation Convergence" will be the third event featuring the -inspired Iron Blood faction in less than a year. The 2022 new year holiday event, "Tower of Transcendence," added mostly fictional ships inspired by the Kriegsmarine's Plan Z, such as the H39 battleship Ulrich von Hutten. In late April 2022, the team launched "Rondo at Rainbow's End" and added World War I-era warships like the light cruiser Emden.

The anniversary stream also revealed more content coming to the mobile game. DD-570 USS Charles Ausburne will receive a new retrofit that improves her stats and skills. CL-50 USS Helena will have a new wedding-inspired skin when the Commander has performed an Oath on her.

Yostar Japan held a new live stream that revealed new Azur Lane content in its Summer 2022 event. The new event will run from July 28 to August 11, 2022. It will add six new shipgirls d with the Italy-inspired Sardegna Empire. The Littorio-class battleship RN Roma will become the main star of the Azur Lane event.

These new additions will complete several Italian ship classes that have been featured in the mobile game. Other than Roma, Azur Lane will also see the completion of the Trento-class heavy cruisers with Bolzano, and the Duca degli Abruzzi-class light cruisers with Giuseppe Garibaldi.

The Azur Lane stream also included a new trailer showcasing PR5 shipgirls. The fifth group of characters modeled after paper ships from World of Warships were added suddenly through an update in mid-July 2022. The group comprises the British light cruiser HMS Plymouth, the French large cruiser Brest, the Soviet carrier Chkalov, the Chinese light cruiser Harbin, and the German battlecruiser Prinz Rupprecht.

She will have the highest Ultra Rare grade, and Commanders will be able to find her in the event's limited construction pool. Manjuu and Yongshi revealed the new shipgirl at a live stream marking the Azur Lane Chinese 5th anniversary on Bilibili.

The Azur Lane event will primarily add five new shipgirls, including HMS Vanguard. All of them will be based on historical British Royal Navy warships.

2. HMS Indomitable, a modified Illustrious-class aircraft carrier.
3. HMS Jervis, one of the two J-class destroyers that survived World War II, together with HMS Javelin.

Azur Lane will have its Chinese 5th anniversary fall in late May 2022. Bilibili has put up a new webpage marking the anniversary with a countdown timer for a live stream that will air on May 22, 2022. The page also includes a teaser for a new Royal Navy major event featuring an Ultra Rare shipgirl that will appear on May 26, 2022.

Yostar has added new preparation events for the Royal Navy event on both the Japanese and English versions of Azur Lane through maintenance on May 19, 2022. The battleship HMS Warspite, cruiser HMS Sheffield, and battlecruisers HMS Renown and Repulse have received experience boosters ahead of the event. Deploying them at specific event boss battles will let the Commander gain more points to unlock an exclusive profile frame. The maintenance also added "Letters and Travels" event missions that feature a prelude story for the major event. Commanders will receive a Damaged Speech Manuscript as new equipment gear for completing these missions.

The previous major Royal Navy event, "Aurora Noctis," ran around July-August 2020. It added six new Royal Navy shipgirls, including the Dido-class cruiser HMS Hermione and the light carrier HMS Perseus. Manjuu and Yostar then added more characters from the same faction sporadically through smaller events, such as HMS Penelope in the 2021 Lunar New Year event and HMS Charybdis in 2022.

Azur Lane launched first in China on May 25, 2017. The mobile game is now available worldwide on Android and iOS devices. The Japanese Azur Lane Spring 2022 live stream revealed a new event that will run from late April to early May 2022. It will add World War I-era ships into the -inspired Ironblood faction. All shipgirls in this event will have the SMS prefix instead of the World War II-era KMS. The star of the new Azur Lane event will be SMS Emden.

The Azur Lane depiction of Emden will actually comprise of two shipgirls based on two different German ships with the same name in history. The Dresden-class cruiser completed in the late 1900s will become the model for the character with white attires. The 1916 Königsberg-class ship present at Scapa Flow will serve as the inspiration for the black costumed character.

A separate mini-event adding a little version of KMS Prinz Eugen will run at the same time. She will the roster of characters who have received child versions, which include HMS Illustrious and USS Enterprise.

The March 2022 Azur Lane event will include a new destroyer shipgirl named RN Pompeo Magno. The Japanese introduction tweet described the character as a shipgirl who often takes on impossible tasks due to her strong sense of responsibility. When she fails the tasks, her mood will drop to rock bottom. Commanders will be able to recruit her by collecting points from clearing event stages.

In history, the Regia Marina originally built Pompeo Magno as a Capitani Romani-class cruiser from 1939 to 1943. After the decommission in 1948, the Italian Navy rebuilt her into a destroyer named San Giorgio in 1955. The Azur Lane personification of this ship will combine the World War II-era name Pompeo Magno with her newer post-war destroyer classification.

The new Azur Lane event will primarily add shipgirls to the Italy-inspired faction Sardegna Empire. When Yostar tweeted a teaser on March 12, 2022, it listed Tower and Lighthouse as keywords for the event. It also teased a new sister to Vittorio Veneto, the faction's flagship known for her radiant authority. The company had since then revealed RN Impero, a sister to Vittorio Veneto, who will appear as a converted aircraft carrier.

Like her sisters, Impero will belong to the Italy-inspired faction Sardegna Empire. Commanders will be able to find the Super Rare-graded shipgirl in the event's limited construction pool.

In history, the Regia Marina originally constructed Impero as the fourth ship in the Vittorio Veneto/Littorio class of battleships. However, the construction was never completed as Italy eventually surrendered to the Allies in 1943. In the 2010s, scholars determined the Regia Marina had plans to convert Impero into an aircraft carrier. This discovery served as a basis for Manjuu and Yongshi to add Impero as a fully converted carrier in Azur Lane.

On March 12, 2022, the Japanese Azur Lane Twitter published a teaser that a new event would appear in late March 2022. However, Yostar has not scheduled a new live stream to publish complete details about the new event, unlike with the previous "Abyssal Refrain." The company had also sporadically posted tweets that revealed new shipgirls as an alternative method, as seen in the 2022 Lunar New Year additions.
